Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed within two business days and typically arrive 3 business days after, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For overnight or special delivery please contact us. We currently do not offer international shipping. All packages require a signature.
If you decide to return an item we will happily accept merchandise within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Holiday orders in December can be returned by January 5th. We will refund the price minus any shipping charges.
Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered, custom sized or engraved. Custom or special orders are non-returnable. Any item that is not in stock is a special order. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
All returns require a return authorization number.
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address. We will not accept shipments without an authorization number clearly written on the front of package.
Merchandise should be sent via insured mail for the full amount of the package with a tracking number and signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do not accept COD packages.
